Join us in Missoula this summer for a family weekend of ASL and fun!
2026 will be our fifth annual Signing Weekend in Missoula! We invite families with deaf and hard-of-hearing children to join deaf community members for an informal weekend full of fun activities and socializing in Montana.
We arrange activities between Thursday evening and Sunday morning; everyone is welcome to attend any or all of our activities. All of the activities this weekend are free and open to everyone in the ASL/Deaf communities. We have a limited amount of support available for travel costs, as well as local accommodations, rides, etc.. Our goal is to make this weekend accessible to as many families with deaf children as we can. Please let us know if you’re interested!
Housing/travel assistance is available for families with deaf children- deadline for requests is June 30.

Thursday 7/30/26 5:30-8:30 pm Downtown ToNight: food trucks, carousel, playground at Caras Park.
Friday 7/31/26: 9:30-11:30 am: play/explore Missoula Public Library. 2-4 pm indoor swimming at Currents Aquatic Center. 5-9 pm cookout
Saturday 8/1/26 11am-2pm picnic lunch & play at Greenough Park. 3-5 pm Group art project. 6-8 pm Pizza/Happy hour/playtime at Highlander Beer.
Sunday 8/2/26 10:30am-12 Brunch, goodbyes
